- First response in case of faults and minor repairs.
- Daily operation of systems and spaces.
- Management of technical documentation.
- Technical on-call duty.
- Coordination of disposal activities.
- Management of small projects.
- Handling tickets from A to Z with the FMS@ISS, FieldFlex tool.
- Assistance in service optimisation.
- Management of environmental processes (ISO 14001)
- Qualitative inspection of buildings and proposals for improvement
- Diploma in electrical field AFC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in RCVS systems (heating - air conditioning – ventilation – sanitary-automation) and building management is desirable.
- IT and multimedia knowledge (MS Office, Siemens Desigo, multimedia technology).
