Your Tasks

• In the first year, you will be assigned to one of our regional centers; in the second year, you will work in an AMEOS facility
• You will be specifically involved in projects and support the management in operational and strategic business
• You will learn the methods and tools for managing a hospital and work interdisciplinarily on strategic and operational core processes
• You prepare presentations and decision templates to initiate project-related measures and present the results to various committees
• You advance important topics and take responsibility for projects in various areas

Your Profile

• You have completed an economics university degree (Master's degree), ideally with a focus on health economics/hospital management, or you have a bachelor's degree with completed vocational training
• You are interested in the healthcare industry and motivated to take on long-term responsibility
• You have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset as well as a structured, goal- and result-oriented way of working
• You are characterized by strong communication and teamwork skills 
• You convince through high personal commitment and flexibility
