About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
What you'll do
- Conduct project pre-analysis and break down initiatives into functional streams
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Draft clear and structured business specifications
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Coordinate execution activities with development teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases
- Actively participate in release cycles and collaborate with test management teams during project or feature test campaigns
- Provide regular project reporting, including progress tracking and risk identification
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in English: additional languages are an advantage
