Janitor with Federal Diploma 100%

Your main tasks

• Maintenance of municipal properties
• Technical support of building services systems including HVAC
• Organizing and supervising repair work
• Obtaining quotes and invoice control
• Care of the outdoor area including winter service
• Carrying out minor repairs to furniture, buildings, tools, and machines
• Assisting in guiding and supervising cleaning staff and cleaning companies
• General janitorial duties
• Conducting building condition inspections

You bring with you

• Completed training as a janitor with federal diploma
• Several years of experience in building technology (heating, sanitary, electrical, ventilation)
• Profitable and communicative contact person
• Team player, good manners, and neat appearance
• Independence, resilience, assertiveness, and high social competence
• Strong customer focus
