In the food industry, HACO AG is internationally known for innovative and customised food solutions. In the Culinary Dried sector, we develop and produce high-quality dried products such as bouillons, sauces, seasoning blends, and culinary convenience solutions for international customers.

• You coordinate and accompany customer and development projects throughout the entire product lifecycle – from the initial idea to market launch and beyond.
• You compile product-specific information and coordinate formulation, packaging, and labelling adjustments.
• You work closely with development, purchasing, production, quality management, and key account management.
• You take on communication with internal specialist departments as well as external suppliers.
• You support the maintenance and further development of our Culinary Dried range.
• You assist with product sampling, customer meetings, and tastings.
• You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects and optimisations.

• Commercial or technical basic training and professional development in business administration or food science (level HF/FH/Uni).
• Initial experience in product management, project management, or the food industry is an advantage.
• Interest in culinary products, food trends, and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Enjoy coordinating various topics simultaneously and taking responsibility.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Good MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.
