tasks

• you lead and coordinate a small team on the respective construction sites
• in doing so, you professionally and independently construct and renovate demanding flat roofs
• furthermore, you carry out sealing, insulation and general flat roof work
• in addition, you organise the daily workflows as well as the required material and tool use
• you also ensure a qualitatively flawless, safe and timely execution of the work
• as a technical contact person, you support and instruct your team colleagues on site
• the workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a roofer EFZ (m/f/d)
• in addition, you bring professional experience in the field of flat roofs
• ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a foreman, group leader or in a comparable function, but this is not a prerequisite
• a category B driving licence is required
• you bring organisational skills, a collegial manner as well as a solution-oriented and independent working style?
