To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a committed and responsible HF nursing specialist. In this role, you will care for and support our clients in their familiar home environment and significantly contribute to their quality of life with your expertise and dedication.
HF Nursing Specialist on Evening Shift, 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Your tasks
- Professional care and support of our clients at home
- Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription
- Recognising changes in health status and initiating necessary measures
- Monitoring health status and passing on relevant information
- Promoting the independence of clients
- Willingness to work shifts and at weekends
- Complete and accurate nursing documentation
- Participation in ensuring and further developing care quality
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external professionals
Your profile
- Completed basic training as an HF nursing specialist
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in outpatient or long-term care
- Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Good IT user skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
- Driving licence category B required
