About the job
Would you like to flexibly combine your work in women's medicine with your personal life situation – while benefiting from a high quality of life, impressive nature, and genuine work-life balance in the mountains?
In this modern practice, you will find a versatile gynaecological range of activities, plenty of room for your own ideas, and the opportunity to shape your professional development in the long term and individually.
This modern practice for women's health in one of the most attractive mountain regions of southeastern Switzerland combines high-quality outpatient medicine with a personal and patient-centred approach. The surroundings offer not only an exceptionally high quality of life but also ideal conditions for a long-term balanced combination of work, leisure, and nature.
The medical services include a broad spectrum of outpatient gynaecology – from classic check-ups and pregnancy care to specialised consultations in areas such as endometriosis, pelvic floor medicine, dysplasia, or menopausal complaints. The offer is complemented by modern treatment concepts as well as the continuous expansion of additional specialist consultations.
The interdisciplinary team works closely together and maintains an open, straightforward working culture with strong mutual support. A specialist doctor is sought to relieve the existing team in the outpatient sector. At the same time, there is explicit interest in a long-term collaboration with development opportunities up to operative prospects.
Your tasks:
- Independent conduct of gynaecological consultations
- Care and support of patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaboration in a modern interdisciplinary practice team

- Three years of professional experience in a practice or hospital authorised for further training in Switzerland
- Enjoyment of modern outpatient women's medicine
- Interest in long-term co-design and teamwork
- Certification in pregnancy ultrasound is an advantage but not mandatory
Your benefits:
- Flexible workload of 20-40%
- Immediate start possible
- Temporally flexible collaboration – temporary or long-term
- Broad gynaecological spectrum with a varied patient structure
- Modern practice with growing infrastructure and development prospects
- Opportunity to expand the activity up to operative specialisations
- High degree of independence and opportunities for co-design
- Attractive performance-based remuneration model with very interesting income prospects
- Collegial team with an open and innovative working culture
- Work in a uniquely scenic region with a high quality of life and diverse leisure opportunities in the mountains
