Your area of responsibility
In this newly created position, you have the opportunity to shape an area with great potential and develop HGC step by step into a reliable and strong partner for carpenters, timber builders, roofers, and facade builders.

Definition and implementation of the sales strategy for building envelope & wood
Development and management of a national, target group-oriented sales organization
Creation and control of the sales budget (operating revenue and contribution margin)
Definition of conditions and pricing logics (Pricing Excellence)
Maintenance of supplier and partner relationships (in coordination with category management and supply chain)
Planning and execution of marketing and customer campaigns (national and regional)
Identification and development of new business potentials
Representation of HGC in associations and professional organizations
Your profile
Several years of experience in sales
Leadership experience in the construction, wood, or construction-related environment
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment of building and design tasks
Experience with SAP and CRM systems
Negotiation skills in the B2B environment
Strong communication skills and ability to develop teams
