What you can achieve:
- Monitoring the sales area: You use the latest CCTV technologies to always keep an overview. You discreetly observe movements and activities in the sales rooms and recognise suspicious behaviour at an early stage. Your sharp eye and attention contribute decisively to preventing shoplifting.
- Clarification of suspicion and detention: As soon as you discover a theft or suspicious activity, you immediately take the initiative. You act calmly and confidently, check the identity of the suspicious person and carry out detentions if necessary. You always act professionally and prudently. Your confident appearance and calm manner help you to control the situation with composure in critical moments.
- Interrogations and clarification: After a detention, you conduct the initial questioning of the persons involved. Your task is to accurately record all necessary information and prepare the case for possible further steps.
- Report preparation: Every incident requires detailed and precise reporting. You write written reports on suspicious activities and incidents, which serve as a basis for legal action or internal analyses.
- Support for sales staff: You advise the on-site staff, especially on security and prevention issues. Together with the team, you work to close security gaps and make the sales area even safer.
- Cooperation with external security services: In some cases, you work closely with external security services or the police. You act as the central contact person on site and coordinate further action on security-related matters.
