Your mission:

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.

• Provide support to parenting

• Ensure the child’s psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being

• Play a leading role in managing a group of children, in team animation, and in proposing suitable playful activities

• Carry out a preventive role with the child and their family

• Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team

• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting the values of the Babilou group and each individual’s personality

• Supervise and organise the daily routine of the children’s groups in the sector to ensure families and children receive impeccable care quality

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the sector teams to guarantee the smooth running of the groups and the care of the children

• Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on fairness, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Social and Educational Assistant or equivalent recognised by the competent authority

• Bilingual level in French/English

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Ease of communication, listening skills, and team spirit
