Event & Sales & Marketing (80–100%)
Your diverse areas of responsibility include:
- Event management (events, congresses, exhibitions and other events in cooperation with partners)
- Organization and participation in events
- Acquisition of sponsors for events
- Planning and implementation of event marketing
including administration - Development/production of advertising materials and printed matter
- Maintenance and editing of the website (WordPress)
- Online marketing and management of social media channels
(LinkedIn, Facebook) - Sales support: assistance to sales management (internal sales)
- Sending newsletters and mailings via Mailchimp
- Support and acquisition of job market customers
including job letter - Maintenance of the address database
You bring the following profile:
- Completed vocational training as well as experience in the
- areas of online marketing and events
- Flexible and resilient person who remains calm and composed even in a hectic environment and under time pressure
- Experience and knowledge in the tourism business or in the
publishing sector is an advantage - Experience in the implementation of events including
their administration - Good written expression in German as well as good oral
and written English skills - Good user knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
possibly WordPress
National and international contacts require good language skills as well as negotiation skills combined with organizational talent.
