MEDVADIS AG stands for modern primary medical care in the Limmattal. At five locations - Dietikon (Limmat Tower), Schlieren, Urdorf, Birmensdorf, and Engstringen – we care for the population with a comprehensive range of primary medical care. For our Birmensdorf location, we are looking for a chief physician who will further develop our practice with expertise and team spirit.

• Medical Contact Person: You are the first point of contact for our team regarding medical questions and actively promote professional exchange within the medical team.
• Team Leadership: You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the medical team, support your colleagues, and assist in their professional development.
• Quality Assurance: You ensure compliance with and implementation of the medical guidelines and standards of the medical director and contribute to the continuous assurance and improvement of treatment quality.
• Independent Patient Care: As a specialist physician, you independently carry out medical activities and ensure first-class medical treatment and care of our patients.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You actively work in the multidisciplinary team and with the practice coordinator to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you promote interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist physicians and the hospital.

• Qualifications: You are a specialist in General Internal Medicine, holding recognition in Internal Medicine FMH. Additional qualifications and further training in relevant areas enrich your profile.
• Professional Experience: You have relevant experience in general medicine, which you have gained, among other places, in a medical center or a general practice.
• Leadership Skills Advantageous: Ideally, you have experience in a leadership role and can demonstrate leadership skills.
• Communication Skills: Your excellent communication skills in German are fundamental. Foreign language skills are an advantage, especially for communication with our diverse patient base.
• Teamwork: You are strong in collaboration and promote multidisciplinary cooperation as well as a positive working atmosphere through your teamwork skills.
• Patient Orientation: You are characterized by a pronounced patient orientation. Your interest in interdisciplinary collaboration ensures comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
