Your tasks

Handling all reservation and booking enquiries by e-mail and telephone
Welcoming and farewelling guests as well as check-in, check-out, guest advice and care
Collection, cash and daily closings, issuing ski tickets, etc.
Assistance in other departments (if needed)

What you bring

Open, friendly, nice personality with joy in satisfied guests, team player
Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English, further languages advantageous
Understanding of Swiss dialect advantageous
Confident, courageous demeanour
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/Protel or other hotel reservation system)
Passion and joy to experience the Graubünden mountain world with all its winter activities (knowledge of the Arosa Lenzerheide destination advantageous)
