About the job
Every year, many young people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks, kitchen assistants EBA, healthcare professionals (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hospitality and housekeeping professionals EFZ and EBA, facility management professionals EFZ, ICT specialists EFZ, as well as commercial employees.
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of ICT user devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets and peripheral devices (e.g. printers)
Ensuring the operation of networked systems as well as support in the use and administration of the network infrastructure
First-level IT support (helpdesk)
Performing updates, maintaining hardware and software, assisting with IT orders and inventory management
Supporting projects in IT operations, collaborating in teams, contributing to IT security measures and protection against major threats (e.g. viruses, malware)
Completion of compulsory schooling (at least secondary school, Realschule or equivalent)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
Good performance in mathematics and natural sciences; English skills are an advantage
Interest in computer science, technology and digital systems
Logical-abstract thinking ability, systematic and precise working method
Team and communication skills, enjoyment in contact with people, service awareness
Sense of responsibility, reliability and high willingness to learn; patience and perseverance in problem solving
