About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a lively regional centre and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants. The Dietikon school comprises six school units with around 3,200 pupils from kindergarten to secondary level as well as around 700 employees.
To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed person for the school administration
- Student administration, from admission to departure of pupils
- Contact and information point for school management, teachers, parents, city administration, and official authorities
- Administration in the area of care (preparation of care contracts, tariff calculations and invoicing, coordination with the head of care services and care management)
- Secretarial duties such as telephone, counter and mail service
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience preferably in the area of student administration in a school administration
- Qualification as a school administration specialist SIB/VPZS is an advantage
- Independent and customer-oriented working style, high social competence
- Very good IT skills (MS Office; Scolaris and CMI desirable)
- Willingness to adjust working and holiday times according to the school year rhythm
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
