What is my role?

• Recording working hours of temporary employees taking into account the GAV regulations

• Processing of entries and exits as well as family allowances and social insurances

• Communication with authorities, social insurances and external bodies

• Processing of accident and sickness notifications

• Review of deployment contracts and personnel master data as well as ensuring their quality

• Handling of salary payments and invoicing as well as contact person for wage and social insurance matters

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with HR further education or solid experience in payroll and HR

• Affinity for administration and numbers as well as structured, solution-oriented working method

• Confident use of MS Office

• Quick familiarisation with new software and service-oriented attitude

• Reliable, team-oriented personality with an overview even in hectic situations
