About the job
Our strategic business unit AutoChem within the Lab Division supports leading companies from the pharmaceutical, chemical, and CDMO/CRMO sectors in efficiently advancing their process development and scale-up activities. With our technologies for synthesis, sampling, and reaction analysis, as well as our established iC Suite software, we create the foundation for well-informed decisions in research and production. We are currently seeking a motivated Quality Engineer 100% (all genders) for our location in Nänikon Greifensee. In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You will assume a central role in quality assurance and work closely with various departments. You will support the maintenance and continuous development of our quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, as well as ATEX/EX guidelines. You will actively participate in the documentation and management of quality processes (including CAR, NCR, DCN, QN). You will track quality issues together with relevant stakeholders and actively contribute to their sustainable resolution. You will create meaningful quality metrics and reports and prepare trend analyses for management reviews. You will work closely with teams from manufacturing, engineering, production, supply chain, and procurement, contributing to quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will support internal and external audits and make an important contribution to compliance with regulatory requirements. You will keep an eye on regulatory changes and support their implementation in our quality systems. You will promote quality awareness within the company through training and active communication. You will be involved in exchanges with certification bodies, authorities, suppliers, and customers. You will coordinate quality review meetings and ensure the follow-up of actions.
