📄 YOUR TASKS
- Carrying out control, inspection, and maintenance work on buildings and technical facilities (hotel complex, spa, garages, staff house)
- Various environmental tasks (cleaning, gardening, snow removal)
- Occasional assumption of on-call duties
- Implementation of regulations regarding general safety and occupational safety
- Regular maintenance of mechanical and technical devices according to the manufacturer's/supplier's specifications
- Maintaining maintenance plans for the building technology system
- Working according to the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the Tschuggen Hotel Group
