The gastronomy at Toni Areal belongs to the Zurich University of Applied Sciences as well as the Zurich University of the Arts on the Toni Areal campus. The gastronomy consists of the Molki cafeteria, the Chez Toni bistro, a cafeteria, and the Kaskaden gastronomy. In addition, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. True to the ZFV philosophy, fresh food is cooked on site with regional, ecologically sensible, and fairly traded products.
