- You support entitled spouses and children when those obliged to pay maintenance do not meet their payment obligations and calculate the entitlement to maintenance advance payments
- You provide advice on various questions in maintenance assistance
- You check indexation calculations, handle dunning procedures and are responsible for managing client accounts
- You enforce debt collection measures
- You draft applications for authorities and courts, and maintain contact with social insurance institutions, lawyers and employers
Your profile
- Commercial training as well as further training as a maintenance specialist or willingness to complete this promptly
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills and fluency in oral and written expression
- Advantageous: knowledge of relevant legal areas (debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, family law)
- Independence, teamwork and good communication skills
- Quick comprehension and ability to think in networks as well as high empathy for people in difficult life situations
