We offer an interesting internship position starting from the upcoming summer season 2026 - entry by arrangement - from mid-April.

Gourmet restaurant "La Marmite" as well as Hilty-Stübli with alpine, regional cuisine.
Additionally, a panorama restaurant for hotel guests.

Modern kitchen with extensive "in-house convenience" production using many regional products.

Friendliness and high service quality are important to us.

Member business of Gilde established Swiss restaurateurs, Chaine des Rôtisseurs and Guide bleu.

You mainly support our service team in daily operations, whether in attending to our partly international guests or local regular customers.

On the one hand in the hotel restaurant, if possible at the bar or in the à la carte area.

We teach you the practical basics of service.

In addition, you contribute your personality to the team and apply your professional knowledge to meet the high expectations of Kirchbühl service quality.

Area of responsibility depending on knowledge, wishes, and team.

You have theoretical basic knowledge from a hotel management school.
Service language is German - and partly English.

We communicate with guests in German, English, and possibly French.
Additional language skills can certainly be used with corresponding guests.
