We are looking for a
Project Manager ERP Implementation - 12 Months Limited
Your area of responsibility
- As Program Manager (m/f/d), you bear overall responsibility to the Business Sponsor for the successful implementation of the new end-to-end solution within the project. The goal is to replace the existing SAP S/4 and REACT applications with a SAP Cloud solution for FI/CO as well as the industry solution.
- You are fully responsible for budget, schedule, and adherence to the approved business case and project scope - supported by effective control mechanisms.
- You independently develop and manage the program governance and regularly report on progress.
- An integrated plan for technology delivery, integration, and business process redesign is created under your leadership and continuously developed by you.
- You lead a cross-functional team of subject matter and IT experts and manage the collaboration with the system integrator.
- You find the right balance between technological solution and necessary process adjustment, specifically improve the use of the selected solutions, while keeping both project risks and future support requirements in mind.
Your profile
- You bring extensive and multi-year experience (15+ years) in the implementation of ERP systems as well as the successful management of several medium-sized programs (5–10 million CHF) - ideally in the hospitality or food industry.
- Solid knowledge in the implementation of SaaS and SAP financial solutions as well as in SAP system integration, support, and data migration at workstream PM level distinguishes you.
- You manage complex programs purposefully and responsibly - especially in the areas of planning, scope of services, time management, budget control, and risk management.
- In supplier management, you convince with proven competence and reliably ensure contractually agreed services.
- You have a structured and solution-oriented working style and analytical thinking - complemented by pronounced communication, change, and persuasion skills in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German, French, and English, both spoken and written.
