- You will care for and support clients at home - friendly and professionally.
- You will accompany, promote, and empower learners and students on their way to becoming our future specialists.
- With great joy and commitment, you will shape the individual learning processes and allow learners and students to benefit from your know-how.
- You will take over case management and control the care process.
- You will coordinate care planning.
- You will work closely with other nursing professionals in a team.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH.
- Great if you have already completed a pedagogical training (SVEB 1), otherwise we are happy to support you with that.
- You enjoy accompanying learners and students, young people.
- You work independently, responsibly, and in an organized manner.
- You possess high professional and social competence.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a driver's license category B.
