What is my role?

You enjoy customer contact in internal sales and are interested in innovative technology. You like to take responsibility and also contribute to export.

• Customer Care: Support of national and international customers, processing of enquiries and orders.

• Export and Order Processing: Independent handling of export orders and preparation of all necessary export documents.

• Purchasing and Coordination: Cooperation with suppliers, monitoring of orders and delivery dates.

• Internal Sales: Support of the field sales team, preparation of offers, maintenance of customer data.

• Transport Scheduling: Planning, organisation and monitoring of transports.

• Team Representation: Representing colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

What do I need to be successful?

• Education: Commercial or technical with commercial further training

• Experience in Internal Sales: Experience in order processing and advantageously in export (internal training opportunity).

• Organisational Skills: Ability to plan and coordinate transports as well as monitor delivery dates.

• Technical Aptitude: Your technical flair is important and a great help

• Communication Skills: Professional and customer-oriented communication, both internally and externally.

• Teamwork: Willingness to support and represent team colleagues.

• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems: Knowledge in using ERP software for order processing and data maintenance.

• Initiative and Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive action and independent resolution of challenges in daily business.
