Construction Manager Conversion (m/f/d)

Together we are realizing the replacement new building North Building in the Aeschbach district in Aarau – a flagship project for neighborhood development. Around 122 rental apartments and commercial spaces are being created here, planned according to Minergie-ECO standard and implemented with BIM and LEAN methods. What you will move

• As part of the project team, you lead the construction site on location – from work preparation to flawless handover.
• You ensure order, cleanliness, and safety on the construction site – as a role model and guarantor for a structured process.
• You control construction logistics and ensure that all resources are used efficiently and on time.
• You attend construction meetings, document results, and ensure transparent communication.
• You show presence on the construction site, recognize challenges early, and actively contribute to project success.

Why you succeed

• You have completed training as a construction manager, site manager, technician TS, or a comparable further education
• You bring experience in conversion or modernization projects – ideally also in the master builder trade
• You know the Swiss standards (SIA) and work confidently with MS Office.
• You are organized, assertive, and keep an overview even in complex projects
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team
• Experience with BIM and LEAN is a plus
