Your tasks
- Quick service (battery changes, partial repairs, etc.) on watches from the premium and luxury segment
- Processing of sales and service warranty cases
- Monitoring of internal order deadlines
- Procurement and management of spare parts
- Technical detailed documentation of the work performed as well as status maintenance in the in-house management system
- Sales-supporting services and consultations
- Technical customer consulting
- Receiving repairs
Your competencies
- Completed training as a watchmaker specializing in refurbishment / industry / production
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High degree of empathy for our customers from all over the world
- Native German speaker, good English skills
