You will work in an established general practice in a economically strong region between Zurich and St. Gallen. Thanks to the proximity to the motorway, the economic centres of Eastern Switzerland, and Zurich International Airport, you benefit from excellent accessibility combined with a high quality of life.

The current situation at the location is particularly exciting: the demand for general medical care is exceptionally high. Already today, practically no new patients can be accepted in the surrounding area. For a new doctor, this means excellent conditions to quickly build up their own patient base and actively help shape general medical care.

We are explicitly looking for a personality with leadership interest. Initially, you will take responsibility for a manageable area with a small medical team of two doctors (1 specialist in internal medicine, 1 specialist in gastroenterology) as well as an MPA team of around four employees. At the same time, there is the opportunity to develop and expand the location together with the group in the long term. Thanks to central support from management, administration is deliberately kept to a minimum even for you as a leader. This allows you to focus on what many doctors miss today: medicine, leadership, and caring for your patients.

Your tasks:

• General medical care of patients of all ages
• Leadership and further development of the location
• Collaboration with the lead MPA and the practice team
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases
• Shaping workflows and processes
• Promoting a respectful and collegial team culture
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the network
• Active participation in the long-term securing of regional primary care

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine
• Leadership experience advantageous but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of general practice medicine and long-term patient relationships
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Interest in taking responsibility for a team and a location
• German language skills at C1 level
