- Support clients with tax products and liaise with tax authorities.
- Assist in mass dispatches of tax reports and manage orders.
Skills
- Commercial training with experience in tax, trust, or banking.
- Knowledge of Swiss tax law and double taxation agreements.
- Fluent in German, additional languages are a plus.

Your new job
- Independently handling various business cases in the products e-Tax Extract Switzerland, Tax Reporting Abroad and Tax Reclaim
- Supporting customer advisors in questions regarding tax products and acting as a contact person for tax authorities
- Participating in mass mailings of tax reports and processing individual orders
- Monitoring the qualitative processing of claims by outsourcing partners
- Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes
What we benefit from

- Knowledge of Swiss tax law (private individuals) and double taxation agreements with Switzerland
- Independent and precise working style combined with a flair for numbers
