Real Estate Accounting Clerk 40% (m/f/d)
Your profile:- You have a commercial basic education and hold a completed further education in finance and accounting or in real estate accounting
- You bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting and are well familiar with the processes in the area of investment properties
- You are proficient in the real estate software ImmoTop2 and have a general affinity for digital work tools
- You communicate in fluent German, English is an advantage. You present yourself professionally and service-oriented towards tenants, owners, and business partners
- You work structured, precisely, and with a high sense of responsibility; even in hectic times, you keep an overview
- You work accurately and independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and consistently ensure the quality of your work.
- Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility complete your profile – as well as your willingness to take on administrative tasks if needed.
- You independently manage the accounting for our investment properties and ensure timely preparation of the annual financial statements
- You independently and conscientiously prepare the heating and ancillary cost statements for our rental properties, taking into account the applicable legal requirements
- You reliably handle dunning and collection processes, pursue outstanding receivables, and maintain professional contact with tenants and external partners
- You are responsible for the correct coding and posting of creditor and debtor invoices and ensure smooth processing of payment processes
- You regularly reconcile rent accounts and ensure always up-to-date and well-maintained recording of tenant data in our system
- By agreement, you support the team with various administrative tasks and thus contribute to the efficient organization of the real estate department
