About the job
Under the umbrella of the Kinderheim Brugg Foundation, the three institutions KinderheimBrugg, Stift Olsberg and Familynetwork offer a wide range of services for children, adolescents and families in need of protection and assistance with increased
care needs.
The Kinderheim Brugg institution is divided into the areas of day special school and living with a residential home, an emergency group and an external living group. In seven
residential groups, children and adolescents live, some with cognitive impairments.
In the emergency group, children are temporarily admitted who are in an acute
emergency situation, unattended or at risk. The day special school offer is open to school-age, normally gifted pupils with noticeable social and
learning behavior.
In our day special school, we support children and adolescents with social
impairments in an interdisciplinary team (curative education, social pedagogy).
For our school groups, we are looking for motivated
personalities as
interns (m/f)
75% workload
Internship duration: 6 - 12 months
Main tasks during the internship:
Assistance in the day special school as support for teachers and
social pedagogues
Accompanying the pupils during lessons and in the non-teaching
time
Taking over individual administrative tasks
You bring with you:
Mentally and physically resilient personality
Experience in guiding children and adolescents is an advantage
(sports clubs, scouts, youth groups, camp management, etc.)
Joy and interest in supporting socially impaired children and
adolescents
IT skills
Minimum age 20 years
We offer you: weekly guidance discussion by a trained employee
Participation in team meetings and supervision
The employment is based on an annual working time, which mainly takes place during school weeks. School holidays are considered compensation.
