The team, consisting of around 95 employees, is made up of specialists, clinical Nurses as well as therapists from various specialties.
The main focus of the center is on general medicine, emergency medicine, ultrasound medicine, and telemedicine.

What you can achieve
As a Reception & Telephony employee, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
You mainly work in our Medical Contact & Coordination Center ("MCCC") and the reception
You are a member of our MCCC and the hub of the center
You coordinate appointment requests, triage medical inquiries, and answer other concerns
You handle administrative matters for practitioners and patients
You conduct medical triage and medical consultations under medical supervision
What you bring
Completed training in a health profession with clinical / patient-related activity
Experience as a telemedical health advisor or as a receptionist with basic medical training
Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
Service experience in integrated primary care and at interprofessional interfaces
Good IT skills as well as technical and communication skills
Organizational talent and joy in patient care
Empathy and flexibility
Teamwork skills and humor in challenging situations
Good German skills (at least B2 level)
