The Real Estate Valuation Office (AIB) is organized in a decentralized manner across six locations. Within the framework of revision valuations and valuations on request, we carry out official valuations of developed properties. Thanks to our diverse activities, we maintain daily exchanges with various stakeholders such as owners, offices, and the Graubünden Building Insurance. In carrying out our activities, we communicate in all three cantonal languages.
For September 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for an office management assistant with personnel responsibility.
- Responsibility for administrative and organizational support to the office management
- Coordination of appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences including minute-taking
- Responsibility for the administrative processing of objections
- Contact person for personnel matters of the service (about 60 employees) as well as point of contact with the personnel office
- Coordination and execution of recruitment processes
- Supervision of the specialist profile and personnel of an administrative employee
- Assistance and training of an apprentice
- Support in accounting
- Basic commercial training or equivalent education, ideally with management experience
- Professional development in the personnel sector and a completed trainer course are an advantage
- Discreet, solution-oriented, and independent working method
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and initiative
- High degree of empathy and sense of responsibility
- Affinity with digital tools and systems
- Excellent spoken and written German skills; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
