Mechanical Assembler 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a mechanical assembler for mechanical engineering. Your main tasks include:

• Machine assembly: Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic construction of heat sealing and punching machines according to drawings, instructions and parts lists

• Precision calibration: Accurate setting and calibration of machine parameters for demanding use in the medical environment

• Quality assurance: Execution and documentation of incoming goods inspections of mechanical components

• Order planning: Independent work preparation and scheduling of assembly orders

• Process optimisation: Participation in the continuous improvement of assembly processes (CIP)

• Development perspective: Gradual assumption of responsibility with the aim of long-term team leadership

• Maintaining and managing product data and parts lists in the ERP system

What do I need to be successful?

To master these tasks, you ideally bring the following:

• Technical basic training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, or similar)

• Solid knowledge in the assembly of assemblies and machines, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic

• Precise, quality-conscious working method (medical standard) as well as organisational skills for order planning

• Team-oriented, reliable personality with leadership potential and the motivation to take on team leadership in the long term

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form for documentation and team communication

• English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
