• Coordination of project-related processes in production planning – with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Structured preparation and analysis of bills of materials based on technical documents and drawings.
• Creation of rough planning for material requirements and timeframes in the ERP system.
• Interface management: You are the central contact person for design, purchasing, logistics, and production.
• Handover to the project dispatcher for further detailed planning and implementation.
• Maintenance and documentation of all relevant project data in the ERP system.
• Participation in the further development of our AVOR processes – your experience is needed!

• A completed technical education (e.g., polymechanic, designer, production specialist) with further training in the technical field (e.g., process technician HF)
• Several years of professional experience in production planning or project coordination – ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
• Confident handling of technical drawings and bills of materials – you recognize connections and think in processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, INFOR) and structured data maintenance.
• Desirable: Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team – you bring people and processes together.
• Technical understanding in the field of rail vehicles or plant engineering is an advantage.
