Our client offers motivated commercial apprenticeship graduates the opportunity to enter the exciting world of Human Resources. In a modern and collegial environment, you can expect varied tasks, thorough induction, and the chance to gain valuable practical experience in the HR field.

Tasks

• Participation in the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to conducting interviews in German and English
• Support in personnel administration from A to Z (employment contracts, references, confirmations, employer certificates, etc.)
• Monitoring working hours as well as managing holidays and absences
• Reporting accident and illness cases to insurance companies
• Organisation of anniversaries and birthdays as well as coordination of qualification procedures
• First point of contact for administrative HR matters
• Workplace with mandatory presence, no home office option

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training (KV)
• Motivation and interest in establishing yourself in the field of Human Resources
• Enjoyment of telephone contact and dealing with various stakeholders
• High IT affinity as well as an independent, careful and discreet working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good to very good spoken English skills for conducting interviews in English
