What your daily routine looks like
- You organize and coordinate the diverse nursing daily routine and take on the role as deputy in one of our nursing teams
- You conduct interprofessional rounds, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
- You involve the relatives of our residents in your primary nursing care
- You ensure nursing quality in collaboration with our nursing experts
- You accompany and support apprentices and students in daily nursing care
- You support and assist our RAI expert team and actively contribute to the implementation of nursing processes
