For Senevita Erlenmatt in Basel we are looking for a motivated individual from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as

Spitex Manager 80 - 100%

• You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for accurate needs assessments
• Together with your well-coordinated team, you strive for the best possible quality of care and thus ensure the satisfaction of our residents
• You lead by example every day, motivate your team and create a family-like atmosphere
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care

• Training as a qualified nurse HF or equivalent qualification
• Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
• You have a flair for working with elderly people
• You are interested in care development and contribute to improving the quality of care
• You are an open and loyal person who likes to get involved

• You will be supported at all times by a head of nursing who backs you and accompanies you on your path
• A structured workplace with an open feedback culture
• You work early and late shifts, twice a month on weekend duty
