Technology, organization, and responsibility – exactly your thing? By arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our janitor team with a reliable specialist as a technical janitor. Initially as a floater, you will take over the technical supervision of our settlements and bring your expertise into a varied range of tasks – with assignments in Winterthur and other locations.

Your tasks

• You monitor the technical systems.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of rental properties.
• You coordinate and accompany external companies during service, cleaning, and maintenance work.
• You handle tenant concerns in collaboration with other departments.
• You are responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in the context of apartment handovers.
• You perform various administrative tasks such as accounting, repair reports, settlement budgets, etc.
• You provide four to five weeks of on-call duty per year.

Your profile

• You have a basic technical education and preferably further training as a federally certified janitor or an NIV-15 qualification.
• You hold a category B driving license.
• Technical skill, a structured way of working, and good physical condition characterize you. In addition, you work independently, reliably, and responsibly.
• With a trained eye, you ensure a well-maintained appearance of the settlement and make an important contribution to the preservation of the value of our properties.
• In daily contact with our residents, you appear friendly, service-oriented, and reliable.
• As a team player, you actively support your colleagues and enjoy working in a team.
• You handle administrative tasks routinely thanks to your good German and MS Office skills.
