Mechanist Screws 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Setting up and operating systems for the manufacture of implants according to specified work and process documentation
- Complete documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with applicable verification and quality requirements
- Carrying out optical and dimensional inspections of implants as well as their documentation
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with all specified process standards
- Active participation in continuous improvement (CIP) as well as implementation and further development of the 6S process
- Troubleshooting minor faults on production equipment
- Supporting the maintenance team with maintenance and repair work
- Compliance with GMP guidelines, quality standards and occupational safety regulations
Your qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker or comparable
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally on long-turning machines
- Programming knowledge in Tornos TB-Deco ADV and Citizen long-turner Mitsubishi control is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and PC applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of English
- Independent, quality-conscious and reliable working style
- Main working hours in the day shift; willingness for shift and Saturday work desired
