Tasks
During your three-year commercial apprenticeship, you will gain a versatile insight into the administrative processes of a modern home care organisation. You will learn, among other things:
- Telephone and customer contact
- Support with appointment and deployment planning
- Processing correspondence and emails
- Support in personnel and client administration
- Working with modern digital systems
You will be accompanied by a dedicated team and gradually introduced to your tasks.
Requirements
- Successfully completed secondary school
- Enjoyment of organising and administrative tasks
- Interest in healthcare
- Friendly, reliable and helpful demeanour
- Careful and independent working style
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
