We are looking for a motivated all-rounder like you, who, as a quality engineer, takes technical responsibility for the quality of our products. Your place of work is our location in Kaiseraugst.
Your tasks
As a technical expert in the fields of electrical engineering and quality, you are the interface between product engineers and the QM department. Your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for coordinating, moderating, and systematically documenting incoming error reports
- Acting as the primary contact person for other departments in the context of error management
- Taking over team leadership in conducting root cause analyses and developing sustainable solution strategies
- Active participation in optimizing the error culture
- Supervision and continuous development of the company-wide problem-solving process
- Application and further development of QM standards in daily operations
- Support in analyzing, describing, and optimizing processes as well as in the rollout of group-wide standards, projects, and tools
- Collaboration in preparing and conducting training, raising employee awareness, and active communication across different corporate cultures
What you bring
- Technical basic training, ideally in the energy sector
- Initial professional experience and interest in structured work, quality, and processes
- Strong technical understanding, especially regarding manufacturing processes and product specifications
- Advantageous are initial contacts with quality management, processes, or organization as well as commercial or organizational further training or basic knowledge of ISO standards (not mandatory).
- Solid knowledge and experience in applying recognized problem-solving standards (e.g., Ishikawa, 5-Why method, PDCA cycle)
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to new topics, communicative and down-to-earth in dealing with different contacts
