In the role of
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (Gerontopsychiatry/Addiction)
you will accompany older people with long-term mental and/or addiction disorders in four open, gerontopsychiatric living groups. You will create a stable, appreciative environment that combines safety and self-determination with your expertise and personality.

Your tasks – precise, diverse, and exciting
- Implementation of needs-oriented, considerate care and support, taking responsibility for all process stages up to documentation
- Promotion of self-determination, stability, and structure – with a focus on individual resources as well as enabling personal development spaces
- Design of low-threshold, flexible daily structures together with the team
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams, medical services, and doctors
- Implementation of needs-oriented, considerate care and support, taking responsibility for all process stages up to documentation
