Fällanden is an attractive municipality on the charming Greifensee with around 9,600 residents, directly bordering the city of Zurich. The Department of Population and Security of the Fällanden municipal administration is the contact point for the areas of resident control, naturalizations, funerals, police, civil protection, and fire brigade.

Your tasks
- Advising residents at the counter and by phone
- Processing registration matters (resident register, resident statistics, notifications)
- Ordering IDs (foreigner IDs, applications for identity cards)
- Issuing certificates and confirmations
- Receiving death notifications and conducting death-related conversations
- Managing dog control
- Assisting with the electoral register management, checking initiatives and referendums
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally in an administration
- Solid experience in resident services of a Zurich municipal or city administration (mandatory)
- Enjoyment in contact with people
- High personal responsibility and service orientation
- Independent, precise and reliable working style and confident handling of IT systems
- Very good oral and written expression in German as well as oral foreign language skills in English or French
