Your challenge
- Strengthening the value proposition through continuous development of the product and price architecture as well as design
- End-to-end responsibility for the development, introduction, and lifecycle management of the basic customer product portfolio of the VP Bank Group
- Designing offerings and continuously aligning the offering & pricing to the customer segments of the VP Bank Group
- Responsibility for governance and ongoing optimization of product-related processes and structures
- Central interface between the internal organization and external partners
Your profile
- Higher education (university, university of applied sciences) combined with relevant banking experience
- Proven experience as a product manager in the financial sector or in a similar role
- Know-how in Agile/Scrum methods as well as working in cross-functional development teams
- Project management skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to financial services is an advantage
- Very good communication and collaboration skills at all company levels
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
