Internship as Deputy Head of Service (a)

We are offering an internship as Deputy Head of Service (a) for hotel management students
Here is what you will do
- You assist in the operational management of the restaurants on board a ship
- You are responsible for a smooth daily operation in all service areas: a la carte service, culinary cruises, and special events
- You ensure consistently high quality and compliance with the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
- You are the first point of contact and liaison for the nautical ship crew in the absence of the Head of Service
- Perform daily accounting and are responsible for inventory management including ordering
What we expect from you
- You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
- You speak fluent German
- You speak English, preferably
- You are motivated, proactive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
