What awaits you Independently handling premium collection from invoicing through debt enforcement to loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (legal protection insurance) Independently handling third-party damage collection (AXA-ARAG as creditor representative for the collection of outstanding claims on behalf of the customer) within your own area of responsibility Diverse telephone and written customer contacts including individual solution finding in financial bottlenecks Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting as well as external bodies such as debt enforcement offices and courts Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs and clarifications of special cases Assistance in the ongoing optimisation of processes as well as taking on exciting additional tasks What you bring Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training Very good German as well as good French and Italian skills are essential Initial experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (advantageous) Reliable, resilient and open personality with a positive team spirit Strong customer and service orientation Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterise you What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
