Join us in working towards a more humane world!
After the successful migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the follow-up project BC@Work supports the use and further development of the ERP solution in productive operation. The goal is to optimally exploit the possibilities of Business Central and to further professionalize and digitize the organization's financial processes.
What you can achieve
- Training and support: You assist the employees of the Red Cross member organizations in their daily work with Business Central
- Creation of instructions and documentation: Develop clear manuals, FAQs, and video tutorials to facilitate usage for employees
- Automated evaluations: Design and creation of automated reports and dashboards for better analysis of financial data and other relevant key figures
- Optimization of the existing system: Review which functionalities and tools are used and whether there are new, untapped possibilities within Business Central
- Future-oriented further development: Keep an eye on trends and new functions in Business Central and contribute suggestions for further development and improvement of the system within the IT department
What you bring with you
- Completed business education and further training as a certified accounting specialist with a federal diploma FA or a comparable education/training in business informatics
- Several years of professional experience in accounting as well as solid bookkeeping knowledge, plus in-depth ERP knowledge with Microsoft Business Central required
- High technical affinity
- Experience in implementing projects and changes in the system
- Your very good oral and written language skills in German or French (C1/C2) are complemented by good knowledge of the other language (B2) and English (B1/B2)
