Management Trainee F&B Operations (m/f/d) 

As the right hand of the Food & Beverage management in the operational daily business of the four F&B outlets, you are involved in various tasks and coordinate the operations. 

As a host with know-how and passion, you take on duties as a supervisor or restaurant manager in the absence of your colleagues and lead the team and service. 

With your organizational skills and your knowledge of the outlets, you support the Food & Beverage management in various administrative and strategic tasks and take care of inventory management. 

With warmth and a sense of quality, you create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere for your guests as well as your team and are an important contact person in the F&B department.

… as a responsible personality currently studying at a hotel management school and wishing to contribute as a management member of the F&B department from day one. 

… as an organizational talent with pronounced expertise and a "hands-on" mentality that creates a unique experience for both guests and the team. 

… as an open-minded person who enjoys the profession with all its facets, appreciates variety, and wants to advance themselves, the team, and our house a little further every day with ambition.

… with very good German skills, good English skills, and very good IT knowledge. French skills are an advantage.
