(Workload 40% - 80%)
In the Electronic Data Processing (EDP) department of WBZ, we offer our customers a wide range of EDP services around data and addresses. This includes both professional data preparation for further processing as well as structured data management and precise data entry in our customers' systems.
In our EDP department, you are the key to the digital future of our customers. We offer much more than pure service: As architects of digitalization, we transform complex media and raw data into high-quality, usable information.
Your mission covers the entire spectrum of digitalization – from digitizing plans and photographic media, where historical content is processed with digital precision, to the structured preparation of addresses and complex data sets, to direct data entry and management in customer systems.
In short: You ensure that raw material becomes perfect, immediately usable digital resources that provide real added value to our customers.
Your tasks:
• Precise recording of personal and statistical data in special systems
• Digitization and structured preparation of plans
• Careful quality control of recorded data to ensure high data quality
• Processing, preparation, and management of photographic media for customers
• Ongoing maintenance, updating, and management of digital data inventories
• Ensuring completeness, correctness, and quality of all digital resources
Your profile:
• Completed training, ideally in commercial or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Exact, structured, and focused way of working
• High quality standards and enjoyment of careful work
• Motivation to consistently implement quality in daily work
